This allows us to rapidly respond to the technical and production requirements of all our clients.
Our production plant in Bonate Sotto (Bergamo) houses the following machines:

- 5-Axis machines
- Wire-cut electric discharge machines
- Universal Measuring machines
- Braze-welding system
- High performance laser marking machines
Before being shipped, every single tool undergoes strict controls, and is also accompanied by individual testing certificates. At our production plant in Bonate Sotto (Bergamo), we have created a controlled-temperature room dedicated exclusively to the inspection of every tool manufactured. With our Zoller CNC universal measuring machine, we can carry out a fully and automatic control of all types of tools.
Once it has passed quality inspection, each tool is marked with an internal code and the customer code for full traceability over the entire product life cycle. This means that, at any time, we can trace all the technical and manufacturing characteristics of the tool.
